Arrived around 9 am with a courtesy call when on the way. Removed old furnace and replaced with new one before lunchtime !

Their website says they're open 24/7. I called them on 2 occasions, both after hours, and both times were emergencies. All I got was an answering machine that says We're closed for the day. Leave a message and we'll call you tomorrow. I had to get other people to address the emergency.
When I have used Blackburn and Davis (during business hours) I was satisfied with their work. But they are NOT available after hours, regardless of what their advertising says.

They have done both plumbing and air conditioning work for us! They have great service people and my air is blowing cold!!!

My home was struck by lightning. Had to replace furnace, water heater, air conditioning compressor, and electrical service panel box and meter housing box. Technicians were professional and i was quite happy with the price of the replacement equipment and parts. The technicians even handled some of the negotiating with the insurance adjusters. Got everything covered from the lightning strike with the exception of the water heater, were going to cover it until they found out its age. They ended up finding another issue after installing the new electrical service panel box. When L.G.& E. was called to turn the electricity back on, they found that the underground line that feeds into the meter from the transformer was damaged and not energizing the line fully. L.G. & E then had their contractor replace the line. Was real impressed with their knowledge and technical expertise. My overall experience in this transaction was one of overall gratitude. Can't say enough great things about the job that was done ant that of the people employed by New Circle Mechanical.

Great company. Very prompt, on-time and professional. LOVE the mini-split systems. So cool in summer and actually lowered our total LGE bill with a cool house finally on the second and third floor of an old 1900s Louisville home.

Our A/C went out and luckily we were able to get someone out to look at it the very next day. The unit was not that old and was still under warranty. The compressor had gone out. They called the next day and said they had gotten the compressor but it was going to 5 days before they could get someone out here to fix it. We were not happy with that period of time but nothing we could do about it. It was a horrible 5 days The two service people that came out were very professional and helpful which made things a little better.

They responded very quickly, very fast doing the job, friendly and professional.
I love that with just one call I can rely on someone to fix things properly. I had Zac and Chris. They were great!
Update: I had 3 more great service calls (Mike Ward). I love, love love this company so far!
