Shane was great, provided a repair rather than replacement, very reasonably. We are advising neighbors to consider Shane for all their plumbing needs.

We were quoted in $89 service charge and a $200 part cost for a capacitor. The service technician came out and said the total cost was $339. This was after he waived the $89 service charge. He fully admits the capacitor is a $30 part that they are charging $339 for.

The team was super friendly, professional, and even came back after a long day to help with another issue. Would highly recommend requesting Alan!
