We called GR Plumbing for some plumbing issue in our basement. They gave me the estimate over the phone and we fixed the appointment. The guy was right on time and did the job in less than 3 hours. The work area was spotless, and the plumbing and wiring was all clean and neat which I asked for.

After 2 other plumbing companies came and made a mess before quoting us $1800 and telling us they needed to rip out the walls and rip up the deck, Jesus showed up and took care of the problem in a few minutes. He used a clever technique to solve the problem, ensured that the problem was completely solved via various tests, and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous and no-nonsense and wasn't trying to upsell me on work we didn't need. It was $120 total. We could not be more pleased with this experience, and we'll be calling Nautilus first from now on!

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

Not an inexpensive fix, but comparable to competitors, and fair, given I was unable to fix on my own. Moses was knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, confident he could clear the drain. WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

I called Plumber 2 the Rescue after 5pm on a Monday evening. My tenants had phone me that the water heater was acting up and that now it was not heating the water at all. After calling two other plumbers and getting quotes and making appointments, 2 and 3 days out, I decided to call on more listing. Google said they were open until 7pm so I gave them a call. Brittney answered and quickly gave me a quote and booked me for the following afternoon. She immediately texted her info so I could send her some images of the heater to visually evaluate the situation. That evening she emailed me the invoice. George arrived right on schedule and within the hour we had a brand new water heater and he took away our old one. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I paid George with a check but they take other forms of payment as well. The best part is they had the lowest price from the other two companies I called (one was home depot), the other was a plumber we usually use, and they had the soonest availability. I will recommend them as well as use them again. Also, George LOVES dogs!!!! Thank you Plumber 2 The Rescue.
