John came and fixed my 2 nd floor shower leak, he found that spot pretty quick and made my day and replaced the rusty pipe for my water heater. Professional job.?

Had the cartridge in my shower leaking and had called a couple of places for pricing to remove the brass nut holding the cartridge in place. The owner of GR Plumbing called me with 2 pricing options depending on if the nut was frozen on or not. He sent out his technician to do the job for me. He removed the nut and the old cartridge, installed the new cartridge and saw that is was leaking, He then spent about 10 minutes cleaning out the calcium deposits in the line so the new cartridge fits snug and no leaks. Would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing jobs.

Wow! What service! Kitchen sink and washing machine lines clogged this morning. Call them at 1215p. Connie in the office called me back in 3 minutes to ask about the problem and to arrange a tech. Jay was great - no fuss, straight to the problem. He brought his equipment and fixed a clogged sink in 30 minutes (I was struggling the day before for over 4 hours trying to fix it myself). There's a reason these professionals exist. Recommend highly!

Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!
