Best Water Damage Restoration in Los Angeles CA

I am not a customer of this place but I do have to say they have no respect what so ever for their neighbors/neighborhood. Their business entrance is in a residential area surrounded by apartment complex and every morning at 5 a.m. these guys are yelling, screaming, laughing and slamming doors. Management has been advised of this issue but it has still been going on for months. I understand they have jobs to do and are going to work, but please have some respect for all your surrounding neighbors, especially at those hours.

Last minute, Friday night emergency call to Roto-Rooter LA/North sent out a professional in the indicated timeframe of 3hrs.

Communicating the whole way, to ensure proper meetup and timing, Ian showed up and fixed the problem immediately in the most professional manner.

As an owner of multiple properties, I will most definitely call them again.

Ian was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process of figuring out our septic leak problems. He arrived on the scheduled time and did a thorough check of the premise to identify all possible issues. Upon inspection he was able to find the location of the possible leak and schedule additional repair/inspection services right away. This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.

Esteban and Gabriel did an amazing job with the installment of the water heater. They’re a great team, are very professional, and finished in a timely manner. We will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family!

Flood brothers was amazing. I had a huge leak due to a pipe break on the front of the house. They called me back right away. Sent someone out within two hours and was able to fix the pipe same day. I would highly recommended flood brothers to my family and friends.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

They arrived on time, the job took the time allotted. The men were courteous and very neat. It actually turned out better than expected.
