Had a major plumbing issue in my house. I contacted Rocket Plumbing that morning, the customer service was great and they got a plumber right out to my home. They were very professional, courteous and explained exactly what the problem was and what would need to be done to repair the issue. I would definitely use Rocket again for all my plumbing issues and would suggest you do the same.

Guillermo my tech arrived ready to handle my problem and was very professional.
After I explained what I was experiencing, he explained what the possibilities were.
As he begin to explore the options, we were both happy that the problem wasn't as bad as we expected.
My bathroom upstairs, double sink was clogged which is connected to my laundry room downstairs and adjacent to my kitchen. Guillermo attacked that persistent clog that's been bothering me for a while.

Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
