Came out when we had an emergency Sewer issue along with three other companies; all three had different solutions and diagnosis. Gonsalo and his team gave us the most confidence and after some discussions he came back out to investigate more. Ultimately we went with him and his team did an excellent job being minimally intrusive, fast, and cleaning up after themselves. One extra appreciation was his willingness to listen to questions and concerns and address them without immediately discounting them. He made a $10k nightmare end as well as a $10k nightmare could!

We had someone break into our bathroom at my business and they made a mess of things- Myles showed up on time and got the bathroom back up and running. He even told me how to do some of the repairs myself so he wouldn’t have to nickel and dime me for things I could do easily. Really appreciate that he was looking out for us. It was a 2 am call so it would have been easy to run up a big tab and I would have just had to eat it. Probably the 3/4th time roto rooter has come thru for me in a crisis! Appreciate you guys!

Reliable and honest, does a great job! We were replacing our broken and leaking water heater to a tankless water heater. Jay was very personable and was interested in our business. Price was better than the other plumbers. They arrived on time to start the job. Now talk about going above and beyond!! Service like this you don't get anymore. The installation was completed and the tankless water heater looks great. We couldn't be happier. It is so refreshing to find someone who treats their customers with care and not just another job! HIGHLY recommend.

I have used them previously to repair toilet flange, and now I faced a clogged drain. Called them, they sent Jose to fix my drain issue. he was quick. I also had a leaky garbage disposal which they recommended installing a new one, i will give them a call very soon, thank you.
