It was a Sunday morning. My son and I had breakfast and then sat on the floor to watch some cartoons. I felt the floor was a little warm. When I looked closely, there was water seeping out from the floor. I immediately called John’s Plumbing. John arrived within 45 minutes. He explained to me the process of repairing the pipe and gave me a great price. I ended up putting new copper pipes throughout the whole. John was always very professional and finished the entire project on time. I will recommend John’s plumbing to all my friends and family.

About 10 mins the plumber from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC determined that a wire to my pilot light needed to be replaced. 5 minutes later Ignacio showed up to check on things.

This is the third time I've used Nautilus. This time was to install a new water heater at my Los Feliz home. As before, I found the Nautilus plumbers to be highly knowledgeable & skilled. Fernando & assistant know what they are doing, & I'm happy w/ my heater. Their prices were competitive. Their office staffer, Rosie, was also very helpful & knowledgeable on the phone when I had questions re obtaining a City permit for the heater. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Paul came out and was able to efficiently and expediently address the shower leak that I’ve had for a couple months now. He was able to walk me through what was causing the leak as well as to the remedy. Was very happy with the work (as well as the prices) and will be using JW Heating & Air in the future as well.

Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3. Have since referred to family and friends and will continue to use any time we need a plumber. Very appreciative!

Our main line was backed up and our regular plumber didn't have a second guy available to assist in this 2 man job. We called New Pro Plumbing and told them specifically what we needed and that we would need 2 plumbers one of which would need to go on the roof. They told us they could send 2 guys and it would be $100-175 depending on the layout.

ONE plumber showed up, searched all over for a way to fix it without going on the roof then gave me an estimate for over $500! When I called the manager he said the plumber didn't have a ladder so he couldn't go on the roof. I pointed out that we were very specific about what we needed.
I would never hire New Pro Plumbing for anything. They lied about the cost. They lied about who they would send. Then they lied about our phone call. Stay away!

Awesome experience. Jay was time, honest and super knowledgeable. They Installed a new water heater and new water filter system pricing fair. I would definitely use these company for future plumbing needs!

They did an excellent job on repairing a piece of pipe that was about 65 years old replacing and leaving the bathtub draining as if it were brand new The technicians were professional courteous cleaned up after their work will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work

Had a shower head break and a shower not able to turn off as a result around 11:30pm. I called JB plumbing because we couldn’t figure out how to turn off our water. He actually answered his phone (something several other companies that said they had 24hr services didn’t do) and was extremely professional and kind to help us get the water off over the phone. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

Thank you Randall, ...Had 14 feet of old 4 inch cast iron pipe that was all cracked, corroded and leaking. Randall came by, looked it over, and gave me a very reasonable rate to repair/replace. He came on time, did all the work on time and then cleaned up and finished the job beautifully. Top professional, very hared working, polite and very conscientious. Best job ever. Our shower wouldn’t drain correctly used everything to a snake to unclog it but nothing was working even to the home remedies. Luckily we were able to get someone out quickly and already love the feeling of a proper drain. Definitely recommend also we were on a budget. Good prices and 5 star service.
