He explained to me what was happening and walked me through step by step what he was doing to fix the situation. It was a very pleasant experience and they have fair prices! Luckily we were able to get someone out quickly and already love the feeling of a proper drain. Definitely recommend also we were on a budget. Good prices and 5 star service.
