Fast emergency plumbing service! I received a very quick response when I called on a long weekend. 3 or 4 other companies didn't respond at all. I waited 5 hours for another company and they never showed up. John's Plumbing told me they would be here in an hour and they showed up in 40 minutes! Gr plumbing came to my house due to a main sewer stoppage upon arrival i was greeted by Gonzalo and Adrian , they ran there sewer camera up to the stoppage then they ran there sewer snake they were able to clear the stoppage but upon running the camera again they spotted a big root intrusion, they could have easily tried to sell me a whole repipe but they told me that the rest of my pipe was in good shape so they gave me a bid to replace that section I was pleased with the price , next day they were here on time two Vans and plenty of guys by noon they were done I am very pleased with GR plumbing on there professionalism, ethics, and efficiency. Originally we had a problem with the scope of work the tech performed. We
contacted the company and they sent another tech out We appreciated his honesty. Unfortunately he was not able to solve the original problem.

5 stars all the way! These guys saved me on a recent trip to visit my uncle in Santa Monica. I clogged up the shower drain somehow and I had nowhere to turn. I hit the net to find a local plumbing. Rocket Plumbing showed up highly rated so I decided to give them a call.

I hired this company for the kitchen faucet repair needs a week ago. Thankfully, they were able to respond and were able to provide me with an expert plumber right on. He was a very masterful and polite guy who repaired my kitchen faucet immediately. The service was swift and kudos to the technician that made it happen!

Randall is a great local professional that makes it a point to help diagnose issues, offer up plenty of helpful information, and provide multiple solutions to each problem. He gives good quotes ahead of any work and makes sure you know of any risks up front.

Sorry, but after repeated calls, I got no response regarding making plans to have a new water heater installed. They installed our last one and were great, and wanted to offer them repeat business, not in an emergency, but still somewhat urgently. During COVID, plumbing services are still essential services and are allowed to conduct regular business. To not even return phone calls for days or not at all is just not the responsiveness I expect from a business where I'm trying to give them repeat business worth hundreds of dollars. The inconvenience of having to find a reliable, trusted alternative is annoying, when this would have been a win-win situation. If they have that much business that they can ignore new business from returning customers, good for them, but to ignore our new offer is not OK; I'm not going to beg to be their repeat customer. You pay a vendor not only for the charges of the work done, but also by giving them the opportunity to do the work in the first place, and being ignored is cavalier and inappropriate.

Oscar and his partner were good. I didn’t need a new toilet but they told me I should get one. They charged me $900. I think you can find a better deal elsewhere.

Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. They contacted respective vendors, coordinated and managed their work. The duration was about 3 months and the cost was amazingly reasonable. See attached for how my condo looks like now. A good and honest business man. He estimated replacement of my water heater, located on the 4th floor of my unit and treated us fairly. The work was done well and I am very satisfied with the work and the price. He also did a few minor repairs at no cost while he was here. Highly recommended.

We called in the morning, a person was out to look at it before noon, gave us a very reasonable estimate. We approved the estimate and the plumber was back and fixed the problem by 2:00 pm. Great job.

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.
