The plumbers are very professional. They dispatched workers who arrived on time and looked over the house. They were very organized and did everything they could to help with my situation.

I was searching out online for a reputed plumber in Los Angeles when I found GR Plumbing Company. I got impressed by their Yelp reviews and contacted them without delay for clearing out clogged drain in my kitchen. The guy they sent for this work did a great job, I am really going to contact them every time I face an issue.

I was charged $450 dollars to snake a drain and told it would be a thousand for removing the toilet IF it was needed. $450 for 10 minutes of work and 15 minutes of paperwork

Narcisco from Sunset West Plumbing did a great job in fixing our kitchen sink blockage and water leakage. He identified other issues we didn't even know we had, I'm so happy with the service and the efficiency. Narcisco also came in under 30 minutes to my apartment on a Saturday morning. I called Rocket Plumbing and they came out right away. Sam came to unclog my kitchen sink. I also had a broken pipe. Sam was great! He explained everything and left to get parts. Came back quickly. I think he did a great job. He dropped the price. I wasn't expecting the broken pipe. He replaced it with a better pipe. I am very pleased with the work he did and how clean he left everything. I would absolutely recommend them. Rocket Rocks!

They seemed highly overpriced and after asking around found much better offers. The point is do your homeowner homework first before hiring an overpriced plumber

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. Without any hesitation their team came to my house, analyzed the problem & worked really smart with their most advanced equipments and got it fixed in just 2 hours and they cleaned up everything. Wow!! That’s really wonderful, isn’t it? We had a wonderful party that evening. Many thanks again!

They quickly fixed a leak in my laundry room.

Called their sister company, answering service wasn't listening to the problem, hung up. Called Ritz, different operator or same girl pretending to be someone different.

Guys came out. Quoted me $195 to replace a part they would have to get from their shop. It was the valve that turned inside a bath faucet. They didn't have the tool to actually take it off. Tried tugging it for a while. Gave up. Fiddled with it until it looked like it stopped leaking. Still charged the $195.

Two weeks later and it's leaking again. Calling roter rooter or some other chain. Should have dipped when I heard it was the sister company of the one I had just hung up on.

Don't use these guys or A&B Plumbing, same company.
