Best Pressure Issue in Los Angeles CA

Just a few days after they replaced a kitchen faucet, the entire faucet assembly is loose. They simply didn't tighten it, or didn't tighten it correctly. We'll see how fast they are to respondTo this Request to complete the work.Update 1: They responded almost immediately, and have scheduled someone for within the hour. This is good.

John's Plumbing is my go to plumbing service. John is always very responsive and usually comes out on the same day I contact him. My property is on a hill, so the plumbing and sewer line can be complex, but John and Victor are always willing to do the job, and they do it well and promptly. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment to have my tankless water heaters be checked and have the annual maintenance and cleaning and changes of filters done.
the office quoted $195 ( special promotion) and when the technician (Rick Aguire) arrived after 2 minutes he started convincing me to buy new tankless heaters which would be $12000 ( yes twelve thousand ) and when I said NO he spent over 15 minutes of his valuable and charging time to explain and convince me to do it, even offered my finance to buy!!
after getting frustrated then he said I have to pay $390 because the quote for $195 was for only one unit and it was miscommunication ( which I doubt because the office clearly was told about two units), anyway I accepted, but then he told me that I have to pay separately for the filters ( each one $145) I was really disappointed and just wanted to get it over with because I am a physician and I did not want to waste any more time bargaining with this charlatan, I accepted to pay for filters extra and went inside my house to relax from this toxic atmosphere, after a few minutes I came back and asked him if he changed the filter which he said YES I asked him that I wanted to see the old, dirty filter and he said he put it in his van and I asked him to bring it back and I want to see it which he went to his van and came back and said SORRY I MADE A MISTAKE I THOUGHT MY OTHER TECHNICIAN CHANGED IT WHICH HE DID NOT!!
I asked him I don't want the filter change at all and then he said your filter pump is not working and we can change it for $1800 which I called my son and he googled it was $102 and his plumber would do it for $150
this company is really a dishonest and tooooo expensive

Jay was very knowledgable and professional. We had difficulty with our Samuel Heath fixtures and Sunset West came recommended and they did not disappoint. They know what they are doing and we would absolutely use them for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

Great communication throughout. I had an issue with my water heater and spoke with Chris. Upon arrival they were quick to diagnose and fix the problem and gave me a great rate. Should the need arise, I will definitely be reaching out to Chris/Top Notch Plumbing again. Thank you very much!!

Sorry, but after repeated calls, I got no response regarding making plans to have a new water heater installed. They installed our last one and were great, and wanted to offer them repeat business, not in an emergency, but still somewhat urgently. During COVID, plumbing services are still essential services and are allowed to conduct regular business. To not even return phone calls for days or not at all is just not the responsiveness I expect from a business where I'm trying to give them repeat business worth hundreds of dollars. The inconvenience of having to find a reliable, trusted alternative is annoying, when this would have been a win-win situation. If they have that much business that they can ignore new business from returning customers, good for them, but to ignore our new offer is not OK; I'm not going to beg to be their repeat customer. You pay a vendor not only for the charges of the work done, but also by giving them the opportunity to do the work in the first place, and being ignored is cavalier and inappropriate.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I called made an appointment for my water heater. I called to verify my appointment the office person who answered didnt even have my information. Missed work for nothing, see my review for red Lilly plumbing came out same day. Polite plumbers even communicated what I was paying for. Looking for an honest plumbing? Call red Lilly plumbing.

Robert was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Since I know little about plumbing, I found his explanations to be clear and understandable. He was able to perform all the needed work that included toilet repair, kitchen faucet repair, and the
replacement of a pipe underneath the kitchen sink. Cost for his service was very reasonable and I will definitely use this company again.

I called because the Gas Co determined I had a leak in my main line. I was very clear about the service I needed. Dispatch promised someone out within an hour.

When the guys arrived they wouldn't even get out of their truck! Oh, the Gas Co told you this and that .. we can do that ... we have to call someone else and blah blah blah because we can't be liable. 2 minutes later they were on their way.

I called the manager to complain and he said we don't offer that service. I was so very clear about what was needed. Don't waste your time with this company.
