Cali Rooter is now my go to plumber, and I’m so glad that I finally found a reliable company after having “meh” experience with others. Cali Rooter is very responsive and professional. I don’t want them to get too busy, but they are definitely reliable and recommendable.

We needed a fair amount of work done to the sewer drain under our house. We sought several estimates and while John’s Plumbing wasn’t the lowest, their rates were reasonable and Victor promised to take care of any issues that might arise as a result of their work (it’s a 100+ year old house so we have to anticipate these things). Victor and his team were expeditious and did the work in a professional manner. Upon digging, they learned the pipe configuration wasn’t entirely as they’d expected but he honored their original quote. We later discovered an issue with an attached pipe that we believe was impacted by the work that had been done, but even though there was no way to be absolutely certain and know for sure, Victor worked out a reasonable arrangement with us and resolved the issue. He was professional and twice demonstrated that he was a man of his word — there’s not much more you can ask for.

The lady from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Los Angeles Inc who handled my call was very nice and offered me two choices of times for the plumber to come out. The work was done wonderfully and the plumber was very helpful.We will hire them in future.

We have used Ford plumbing for years and have always happy with their work. Recently our very old water heater went out. We called and Santi came out. He was terrific! He assessed the situation and knew exactly what we needed. He determined he could replace the old one with the same manufacturer and size. He immediately made sure we were taken care of and the next day we had a new water heater.

The installation went perfectly. Dino and Johnny along with Santi were wonderful. I hardly knew they were there. They were respectable, friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. They even hauled away our old water heater. We now have hot water back and we will definitely be calling Ford Plumbing again if we need their services.

I had a problem with my toilet not flushing properly, and I called Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. They were able to send someone out to my house quickly, and the plumber who arrived was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, and he even gave me some advice on how to keep my toilet running smoothly. I was impressed with their service and would use them again.

We had a complicated issue - leak in/under the concreet floor. A guy from Angi list just made a mess and did nothing. We tried 4 more guys who either did not show up or were not able to fix. While real plumbers fixed it all , took half a day.

We were having issues with a clogged kitchen sink, having used Golden Plumber before we called and set an appointment for the following day. Jake was there first thing in the morning just as promised he ran everything down with us and had everything done quick and efficiently!

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. We've had a mysterious odor issue with our downstairs powder room for a long time and, after paying for a variety of plumbing fixes that didn't ultimately work, finally looked up Craig's Plumbing and gave them a call. Craig was really responsive, inspired our confidence in his ability to fix the problem, talked us through doing a little investigation and sending pictures, got out to our house quickly and really uncovered the issue. He identified a completely rotted out vent pipe in the wall and other pipes leading to the drain that needed replacing. Craig's Plumbing got the J.O.B. done in just a couple of days, including breaking through the concrete foundation (and preserving the existing tiles for re-installation!), replacing the offending components, and pouring new concrete. He even texted me later that night to confirm that we couldn't smell anything anymore. Everything looks terrific and there is NO MORE ODOR! He was straight up, no nonsense, and ran a clean job. He was also able to make a recommendation for someone to patch up the drywall and reinstall the tiles. I would absolutely call Craig's Plumbing again for any major issue at our house.

*UPDATE: If you had any questions about Craig's character, let me say that after we had a handyman fix the drywall and reinstall the toilet, the smell returned (although not as strongly). When I called Craig he recommended the brand and model of a new toilet for us to buy and then he drove all the way back out to our house early on a Saturday morning to install it himself for no charge. So grateful for his commitment to solving our problem and happy to say the smell is gone once and for all due to Craig's diligence and follow through! This is someone you can trust.
