Our old, tankless water heater broke and John responded immediately and came to look at our problem over a weekend. John advised extensively on different options and we decided to install a new unit. John scheduled the installation immediately. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and the response time. He is also a pleasure to work with. Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. ( I had waited over 4 hours for another plumber to come out and they kept giving me delays) The receptionist was friendly and called me back timely after trying to find someone to come out because I need someone now. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me excellent advice about how to prevent future problems. He was also able to complete the repair quickly and affordably. I would highly recommend this company and Wally in particular.

Vic is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind person. He rewired an outdoor outlet I needed to be placed inside of my home. He did all of this under an hour and even took the time to explain everything he was doing. Great guy and an awesome electrician.

I had a problem with my gas stove not igniting, and I contacted Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. The plumbers were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. They also provided me with some tips on how to maintain the stove to prevent future issues. The service was professional, and the price was very fair.

Had major root intrusions in 80' sewer main and decided to try hydrojetting after snaking wasn't getting the job done. Called around to several services who were not clear about what their hydrojetting treatment included as I wanted to be assured that roots would be cleared out and that I'd be able to see the results from video camera. Mr. Speedy gave me straight answers, came out as scheduled and ran the camera and hydrojet together so I could see that each section of roots was cleared. Would highly recommend them.
