Best HVAC System Repair in Los Angeles CA

We hired Red Lilly to install a new gas line in connection with moving our gas meter. Ed immediately understood what was needed (something that challenged other plumbers we called), gave us a competitive bid, and showed up with his team to complete the initial phase of the work professionally and efficiently. The project then ran into a series of delays and complications caused by the gas company. Red Lilly was there every step of the way, including after business hours and on weekends, figuring out what needed to be done and getting the project finished. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Bryan (Technican) was truly wonderful. Super respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Diagnosed and fixed the issue very fast. For the repair and service the cost was fair but be careful of their add ons and up sells. Bryan was by no means pushy but the company model seems to be to add on certain items that feel a bit unnecessary. I ended up passing on the add on items and just went with the bandaid repair due to the high cost of the extra options. All in all, I would use them again and very happy I went with them. Ask for Bryan If he’s available. I wish all service calls went as smoothly as this one.

The service technician did a great job analyzing the problem and correcting it quickly

This is the worst company out there! I can’t believe they’re still in business! I’ve had so many problems and issues with them and just now I’m finding out from the gas company who just finished replacing my gas meter, that service all stars did something they shouldn’t have which was to tap into their bypass T (property of gas co), by attaching and installing the piping that goes to the furnace from the outside, to the gas units line or side. They didn’t even connect the pipe right by screwing it together! Instead they just glued it on! The gas company employee told me it was all a horrible and Mickey Mouse job and he would’ve been infuriated and filing multiple complaints! In addition to this, every time I’ve needed their service they send me techs lacking knowledge and who are unfamiliar with the April air system and end up jamming the wrong filter in the device!

Far exceeded expectation. Went from thinking we needed a new heater and their offering to find a refurbished one to a couple of very nice, capable plumbers discovering that all we needed was a burner replaced. Great communication and very fair prices.

Our central ac stopped working the Friday night of labor day weekend during a110+° heatwave. Victor squeezed us in on Saturday and got the problem fixed quickly and affordably. He and his associate were friendly, professional, and respectful (especially notable in this time of covid). Could not recommend this company more.

My water heater pilot went out..he told me it was 3900 for a new water heater. That was bs. First of all they cost 1000 second mine was 2 years old. Third 300 for city permits bs. I just remodeled 3 years ago and the city knows I'm up to code. What you think im dumb because I'm a women. 3rd I found the part cost me 321 and 100 to install. He told me it's 2 weeks to get in. I had 10 people I. My house talk about taking advantage of a single mom.

Called Moe's Co. 3 weeks ago to request a quote on 2 mini split HVACs. They scheduled the appointment on a Friday of the following week. The tech showed up on Friday, measured everything and said he would e-mail me a quote on Monday. I did mention I have kids and the rooms get really cold and I need the units ASAP. Monday came and gone NO quote was even e-mailed. The Thursday of that same week, contacted Moe's Co, e-mailed them asking where the quote was, again there was NO response, today is the 2nd week since the tech showed up but still NO quote NO response. Called another company, they showed up the next day and provided me a quote right on the spot, no need to wait weeks for a quote.

These guys either have too much business and don't need another one or they simply don't care and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Either way I DO NOT RECOMMEND Moe's Services, there are many other ones who deserve your business but definitley NOT Moe Co.

Couldn't be happier. Called them at 9pm Friday night because my heater wasn't working. I didn't expect anyone to pick up the phone, but I was pleasantly surprised that my call was answered on the first call! The guy I spoke to on the phone was polite, friendly and professional. He said to expect a mechanic between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm the next day!

At exactly 11 am the mechanic arrived. Apparently he was quite knowledgeable and professional and fixed the issue in less than 45 minutes.

To be honest, I'm amazed at the customer service and professionalism here. Definitely recommend.

He came in today to help with a thermostat problem and got us up and running again in no time! He was a wonderful person and knew his stuff! We highly recommend the team to solve all your problems!

I've been using Ac Repair Los Feliz, A-One Heating & Plumbing for a few years now. They are very reliable and trustworthy. They have helped me out of a jam many times, always arriving on time and/or early when scheduled. Their prices are fair and they offer flexible payment options. I would recommend them to anyone needing ac repair service!

I called and requested for a quote to get our ducts cleaned but because we had asbestos removed from our ducts, the guy I was talking to actually recommended that we shouldn't hire someone to come out and disturb it in case there were some left behind. He was able to give very good information (and didn't charge me for it!) - how to clean the vents ourselves and when to change the filter.

Other companies I called just went straight in and gave me a quote instead of discussing my entire situation. Thank you guys!

Customer service speaks why they are the best.

This company installed our furnace last January and just came for our annual maintenance. The first annual was free. Their work is top notch. The products are top of the line. They are friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely call them when it’s time to replace our A/C as well.

Called and they had service tech out same day that afternoon. The tech was very knowledgeable and communicated the problem well, diagnosed problem, recommended fixes both temporary and more permanent. VERY pleased with their service.

They say they are the smell good plumber's however that does not include the truck. It smells of bad exhaust and sewer.

I called Mike Diamond Services this morning after returning from several weeks of travel to find my toilet clogged. I received a prompt call, 5 minutes after my web inquiry (though I had requested contact preferred by email). Talking with the representative to schedule the service was OK. Lots of noise in the background making it difficult to hear at times. She informed me that I would be looking at a plumber arriving between 9am and 1pm same day. Though this was a large window, I had called around and most others didn’t have availability until late afternoon. I was quoted $99 for the service (others in the area were charging minimum $130). Side note: it would have been nice to receive some correspondence by email or text after the conversation so I know we’re all on the same page and if I needed anything I could just text in or reference the email (most customers like things in writing). Dominique was the plumber. He was nice and polite, donning his shoe booties for the rainy day (appreciate that!). He quickly assessed the issue and unclogged the toilet within 5 minutes of being onsite. He did, however, scratch the toilet bowl with the large device which is why I cannot give 5 stars. Comparatively, when looking online, this service was good and they got the job done. A couple details to ameliorate the experience would be worthwhile from this customer’s perspective.
