Semi annual maintenance service completed. They called and scheduled convenient appointment, called and advised tech was on the way at the appointment time. Technician was professional with a great attitude and worked efficiently. He advised of some additional work that he recommended which I agreed. I called and requested for a quote to get our ducts cleaned but because we had asbestos removed from our ducts, the guy I was talking to actually recommended that we shouldn't hire someone to come out and disturb it in case there were some left behind. He was able to give very good information (and didn't charge me for it!) - how to clean the vents ourselves and when to change the filter.

Other companies I called just went straight in and gave me a quote instead of discussing my entire situation. Thank you guys!
