The plumber assigned to me, Carlos, was truly phenomenal: diligent, thorough, but most of all, tenacious, in figuring out the problem. After several snakes and scopes, Carlos systematically worked his way through the possible causes and was able to avoid a major costly sewer line excavation. I can’t emphasize enough: he was very honest and didn’t take advantage of the situation. When the final bill arrived, it felt very fair and reasonable. I can’t say enough positive things about this company— I feel like I can trust them and that really says a lot!

I have tree roots in the pipes. So I need to call the plumber every six months. Recently I need a plumber every month. So I goggled to learn about how to deal with my sewer problems. I found this GR Plumbing and found that they can do the Trenchless Sewer Replacement. They brought a camera and tracking device to go through the pipe and showed me the root blockage spots and explained how they could do the replacement. I agreed with the estimate and gave them the job. They completed the job in one full day although it was over 100degree on that day.
I would say Gonzalo and his crew are professional and did the job nice and clean. He even offered a 25years pipe guarantee for the job.

From beginning to completion of the work Diego and his team were excellent. They went above and beyond and did it in the window of time that was available. Communication from the office was fantastic as well. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I had a bunch of plumbing fixes and 2 guys came very quickly, they didn't upsell me but just went about fixing things inside and out as I asked. No drama, and I was always confident that they knew what needed to be done, They quickly left when all was done - no lingering while the clock was running. Don't tell them but their prices are too low!

PS They actually came about 6 weeks ago and I can tell you that all of their work has held up just fine.

Great service. Showed up 30 minutes before schedule arrival time. Had my drain clog cleared up and working in less then an hour. No complaints.

It was easy to schedule the repair, to communicate with the company and to get our questions answered. Melvin, who was assigned to complete our repairs, was very professional, eager to answer all questions we had and he completed the job with no delays.

My brother thought it would be easy to change the inner workings of a leaky shower valve. So it came off without a hitch but the problem was putting it back together. Finally we gave up and had JB plumbing come over and finish it for us. He had this problem solved in no time at all. Great service and fair price

I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.

I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

Probably the worst experience Ive had so far with a company. The tech was late. He had no idea what he was coming fir although i had provided that info to them. They told me there would be no service charge to give me an estimate and he tried to charge me. Then he proceeded me outrageous prices to do the job 780 dollars to change out a toilet for new one. He wasn’t clean and neat like commercial said he was argumentative the whole time. When i called their office the manager was just as rude. Terrible. I wanted to use this company cause their commercials made it sound like they where clean professional and quoted fair prices this was none of that.
