Mr. Tony Bernal arrived at my house very soon after he called. He was very professional and friendly. He cleaned my laundry drain line and also told me some tips how to keep the line clean. I am very grateful to him. He did a great job! The price is also reasonable. I had called another plumbing company last week for the same issue and they did not fix the problem and still charged me. It’s CRUCIAL for a homeowner to get multiple bids for a job. This is really the only way to know you’re getting an honest assessment of your problem, whatever it may be. My toilets were leaking causing them to flush intermittently throughout the day by themselves. The first plumber that came out said I needed a complete toilet re-build. Getting new toilets is actually cheaper than getting the systems inside changed so I thought I would bite the bullet and do that. Since I’d already scheduled several plumbers I thought, what the heck, I’ll just continue with my appointments. Tony at Western Rooter was my last appointment of the day and the 3rd plumber to tell me it was just the flap that needed changing, not the whole toilet. Tony was by far the nicest of the bunch. Patient, pleasant and on time, he had the equipment in his truck, changed the flaps and I now have toilets that are not leaking. I also felt his price was reasonable given that plumbers generally charge about $300-350 an hour. I cannot over-state how important it is for you to do your due diligence and get multiple quotes for projects OR just call Tony at Western Rooter. He’ll do you right.

Bobby, who I had been informed in advance would be doing the job, called me 45 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to ask if he could arrive 30 minutes early. Great! Very professional, very competent, very clean, very helpful – went to a local hardware store to get new shut-offs to install in addition to the faucet, as mine were old and not working. Totally delighted by excellent service from a uniformed, friendly, efficient plumber.

As a realtor, I recommend my buyers video and inspect the sewer lines; Western Rooter has always done a fantastic job. I needed to replace a toilet and valve, and rooter a couple of toilet lines, Daniel was very easy to work with and filled me in every step of the way, which was important to me as I'm detail oriented and like to know what's to be done and how he's going to do it. He was understanding and made me comfortable while watching and explaining as he worked. I would highly recommend Western Supreme Rooter.

Was quoted shouldn’t be no more than $200. For a routine main line clog. I even opted to take the after hour service which was double. Had the same issue multiple times, was a quick snake every time. They used a poor snake first attempt then tried to charge me because they finally used the correct snake. They almost tried to charge me double from what I was quoted and pressured me and made me feel bad for a 40 minute job he spent most his time talking to other employees. Had him call someone to make sure they honor their quote and they gave me hard time. We eventually agreed after quite some time they were guilt tripping me and I still have them $250. Worst experience ever! Definitely won’t recommend you crooks and will do whatever else to notify people you guys are shady!

Josh and his crew at Western Rooter completed the entire installation of drain systems, water systems and gas system. I was very impressed with the efficiency and speed of the work performed. Having done this for 50 years I can say that their performance was astonishing and I look forward to using them again soon.

We had an excellent experience with a recent service call to Western Rooter. They came early and quickly remedied the clogged drain. This is the second time that I have used them in two years for different problems, and both times have been great. They even honored a misquoted price. I highly recommend them!

This company is very prompt, professional and provide fantastic customer service. Daniel has come out to my home several times for plumbing related issues. Every time, he has exceeded expectations due to his knowledge and ingenuity.

Western Rooter did a complete trenchless replacement of 120 feet of very old residential sewer pipe using pipe burst for most and resin liner under the street. It was a bear, but they did all of this very professionally. They kept me informed of what they were planning and how it was going the whole time, cleaned up completely, and finished when they said they would. Will definitely call them again when we need anything.

Arnold and his entire team were amazing! They were quick to come out same day to give an estimate and were super helpful with additional insight. They completed our huge project (main line sewer repair) in 1 day and had tons of guys on the job, in the pouring rain! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Thanks again guys!! This company came out and repiped our entire complex. They were polite and professional. In the process, my sink stoppers failed due to the reason we were repiping and I had them replace those, too.It was fabulous work.Construction is tough. It completely sucks and I am not a fan of living in it. However, this company and their workers made it far better than it could have been. Used Western Rooter for new plumbing in a new bathroom and re-piped gas line.. Everyone came to the job site on time and ready to work. They did amazing job with every area they touched. Will use them again in the future.

First of all, the operator (Allie?) who set up my appt was excellent and so considerate! I needed my bathroom sink unclogged and was hoping to get a straightforward service for a straightforward job. But I was nervous bc plumbers, overall, dont have the best reputation for being honest. On the day of service the plumber was prompt, efficient and clean. Like actually cleaned my sink and it was spotless, clean. Best of all the problem is completely fixed and it was done quickly. The price was very fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble of bad service and give them a call first.

I called Western Rooter at the recommendation of a plumber and a construction project manager when a main line leak was detected in my home. Western provided prompt, professional, thorough and excellent service. Their administrative staff are great and their plumbers are experienced and excellent. I highly recommend this business!

Arnold and Alex were both extremely personable and professional and they did an excellent job of replacing the garbage disposal and fixing an awkwardly installed faucet - they did a better job than the original installer with regard to the latter, so I’m very happy! I would definitely recommend.

Robert M did a great job explaining the process before jetting the mainline to clear the clog and sending in the camera to check the problem with roots and pipe issues. Follow up work required installing a cleanout and sliplining the section of pipe from lot to street sewer. Work was effective and organized with good teamwork. Great job to the Western Rooter team.

After a 2 week vacation we came home to what now appears to be a main line sewer obstruction in the middle of our one story slab home. ☹ RJ and his team worked expeditiously to find the location. ? He tried Rootering with a snake 1st we had a tough spot with roots. They came back with a hydro jetter. They worked it and worked it until they got it's cleared. My aunt was very happy. She decided to be put on a 6 month maintenance so they won't have such a issue next time . It was a year and a half since you guys were there last. Never been so appreciative and thankful. Daniel and Alberto were very professional and friendly. Got the job done although my 30 yr old ancient water heater in a small closet like space on 2nd floor which literally didnt have room to budge the tank. Very detailed and responsible service and down to earth. Didnt have hot water for 2 days and they were very empathetic and rushed to get the job done. Even a Single day without hot shower is miserable enough. Amount of responsibility they showed was phenomenal. Thank you guys!!

I had an outdoor gas leak which plumbers, Ricky and Elias replaced with new pipe. Upon further testing, leaks inside the house were detected. As my pipes are old, I decided on a whole house gas repipe. Ryan joined them for the all day project under the house. I want to give them high compliments for being professional, hard working, explaining, and having a good attitude!

They were excellent plumbers to work with through quoting and servicing. Their support phone line was also helpful for making last minute additions to the service needed.

Hats off to Daniel W. from Western Rooter who installed a water filtering system in my garage. Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. Had faucets of washing machine replaced because they were frozen shut and they were not possible to shut off. Work was done in good time and professionally. They came to give a free quote and since they had the parts in the truck, were able to do the job on the spot. Good service. Price is a little higher than my regular handyman but he wasn't available. Overall good experience.

I am a property manager, so I have to use excellent workers, but not priced over the moon. Western Rooter in Arcadia always does a great job for me. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. This last time, I needed them to change out an old reverse osmosis filter system from Costco, and to put in a modern system. Please try them, if you haven't before.

He completed the job fairly quickly and we are highly satisfied with the quality of his work. Daniel also provided excellent customer service, to which I'd say that I definitely recommend them.

We had our main sewer line back up - not great. I called Western after getting a referral from another business and the dispatcher sent Justin over. He and his helper arrived within the time window sent to me, the communication was excellent. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and used a drain auger to clear the roots blocking the line. He also used a camera to inspect the line and show me the underlying problem - old pipes and two city trees with aggressive root growth. Great communication and service, I would call Western again.

I can't rave about Western enough. I found these guys about 4 years ago, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. As a professional property manager I rely heavily on my contractors. What I require from all of my contractors is that they respond quickly, explain the problem to me, explain how to fix it, and do the work that was quoted. Western checks all boxes when it comes to this. An added bonus is that all of their plumbers are polite, friendly and genuinely seem like they enjoy their work. I am very pleased with Western and I highly recommend them to any property manager, commercial business or private homeowners.

I had a mainline stoppage due to roots and broken sewer pipe sections. They repaired the sewer pipe and installed two clean outs in the front and patio area. They placed the patio clean out in the middle of the walkway. It looks like an open season to sue me if someone trips on the hole in the concrete. I now will have to incur the expense of covering the patio hole better. Makes me know for sure if I need work done I will have to supervise it myself. I was out of state for an emergency when the plumbing backup occurred and there were tenants involved.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of products used on installing a bypass valve and angle stops underneath my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Equally impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and the cost was competitive with other plumbing companies.Furthermore, they returned the following day to help my 86 year old mother to turn on one of the bypass valves.I’m extremely particular but would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat. Water heater replacement. They showed a real interest in making and keeping us as regular customers. Were right there with an estimate that was well within the range we expected to pay. Arrived on time, did the work well and guaranteed follow up for any concerns we may have. Great management seems to be the key ingredient. I had a new faucet to be installed. I had used Western Rooter before to install a faucet at another house so I called them again. I also thought it would be good to snake the main drain line as long as they were coming to the house. Pablo arrived on time and quickly installed the faucet. It was an identical match faucet so it simple involved removing the old one, installing the new one. Took him about an hour. I have a four inch drain access in the front yard. Pablo and a helper then ran the snake into the drain. Took about 20 minutes. When all done, I was told $250 for the install and $180 for the drain. $430 total for about an hour and half work. Seemed high so I asked. I was assured the prices were right. I paid. Then called the office. I was told that I was overcharged for running the snake in the drain since it was only a short run. They said they would send me a refund, as the drain cleaning should have been $100. We will see if and when I get the refund. They did a good job, very clean, just expensive for a couple of very easy jobs.

We live in a three level condo on the ground floor and our bathroom sink was clogged due a blockage of the drain for our stack.We called Western Rooter and Plumbing Saturday night as our Condo association uses them. A courteous gal answered the phone fairly quickly and we setup an appointment for Sunday morning for someone to come out between 9 and 11. Jerry called us at around 10:15 to tell us he was on his way. He was friendly and very professional. He also wore a mask and had no putting on booties before entering our condo.He was able to clear the blockage within ten minutes. It couldn't have gone smoother and will have no problem using them again in the future.

I needed a new sewer pipe. I had four estimates. I was ready to go with another company but something stopped me from going with them. That nudge that told me not to do it. Then Western Rooter showed up to see the issue and give an estimate. Charlie was the person I spoke with. He placed a camera in the pipes and told me what was happening. He told me what I had already heard from others but it was Charlie's approach to explaining to me what was happening that had me trust this company. I asked many questions and each was answered politely. He gave me a quote and told me that they can begin the word the following week. I thought about my options and kept coming back to Western Plumbing bc of the way Charlie explained EVERYTHING to me. I asked why dont we go this route instead and he gave great answers which was supported by my own research. They began the work on a Wednesday: Charlie, Dominguez, and Jacob. Each of these workers were very polite and professional. I cant get over the professionalism these guys entailed. Before they began work, I texted Charlie to see if he was still coming down bc I live near the mountains and the smoke from the fires were REALLY bad. He said, they are trained to work through most anything, even rain! So , indeed they showed up. The job was a two day job and they completed the task. I saw pictures of what they found , a ton of roots, and they will also be sending me a video of what they saw as they worked. When we said good bye to them after they finished their work, they looked tired and still kept it professional as I asked a few my questions. I kept those to a limit because these guys were tired, they had worked in that smokey filled air and even though they didnt seem tired, I bid them a good bye. I will use them again, FOR SURE! Fantastic service - called Western for drain service and they were at my door within the hour

Had a gas main line leak at the curb meter. Western responded quickly. They spread tarps across the yard and carefully removed the lawn and dirt separately. They removed the old galvanized pipe and replaced it with a new plastic line 50 ft to the house (under). They added a new shut off valve at the house.They backfilled the dirt, replaced the lawn and everything looked like nothing had been done ?. Everything was completed in one day, however, the Sierra Madre inspector made us wait an extra day for release of the permit to SoCalGas. He was too busy to send an email right away☹️.Let's face it, nobody really wants to have to pay for these kind of jobs, but Western Rooter treated me like a celebrity and I really feel I received my money's worth.

The job is expensive, but we feel we are in good hands. They worked so efficiently! It only took a day to finish. My grandparents live out in Arcadia CA; myself and my parents are out in NY. Last night in CA, there was a major rain storm that caused water backup into my grandparents condo. They called Western Rooter & Plumbing and they sent a technician, Alberto, who showed up at 3am to check the issue. Alberto later came back, as he promised to my grandparents, with approval from property management and the proper equipment to unclog the pipes that caused the issue. He was very patient with my grandparents even with a language barrier! Alberto truly demonstrates what a true professional with a big heart is! We, in NY, want to thank him so much for his service in helping out my grandparents!

He repaired my water heater and the charge for the service was very reasonable. I have other plumbing problems that are not emergencies so had planned on delaying getting them fixed. I had a very bad experience with the crew that first came to my house to do a simple rooter service. They said that the access to my sewer needed replacing so they did that. Then, they tried to oversell me to the tune of $27,000 to replace the entire sewer system in my house. Within 1/2 hour of receiving the outrageous bid, they had reduced it to $19,000. But, all I needed was a clean-out which I got through another plumber for $350.When the owner, John, saw my negative review online, he immediately contacted me to find out what had happened. Needless to say, he was extremely upset and offered to do anything possible to make things right with me. John personally came to my house to inspect the sewer system and determined that although it is old, it is not needing to be replaced. He did additional clean-out work and refunded most of the bill for the sewer access installation. He also determined who from his company came during the initial service call and guaranteed me that the person will not be doing such unprofessional things ever again at Western Rooter.So, a really bad experience got turned into a good experience and John convinced me that he really does care about his business, his clients and his reputation. I will use them again.

I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. They are very honest and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly, even though it took them several extra days to complete it. I would highly recommend Western Rooter for any plumbing needs.

The plumber was friendly and patiently explained the work he was doing when asked so I can fix the shower leak on my own without having to call a professional next time. He also installed an emergency gas shut off valve even though it was not originally scheduled when I initially called for service.

Justin and Joseph came on a short notice on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Our original-50s-clay pipe has many root invasion and various joint leaks. The initial recommendation was to install a sewage clean out and heavy duty adjustable repair couplings at joints. After they excavated the site and learned the damage of the pipe. Justin recommended to replace entire sewer line by method of pipe burst and pipe liner, which we concurred. They came equipped with high-tech tools and briefed us on the scope of work in detail. At one point the owner of the company dropped by, too. At the end, they finished the work professionally and left the site clean.

They answered immediately and the lady was very polite and professional. The plumber was on time and very knowledgeable, he's name was Pablo. The fact that they he came the same day and it cost under 100 dollars was awesome. It's was overall a great service.

Would like to say that this Company is the best Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with!! Besides their awesome technicians and professional office staff no job is to small!!! I moved from the valley some time ago after retirement. I had a very good relationship with this company and have to this day kept in touch. I now live up by the Great Lakes and live in a area somewhat prone to tornadoes so we have basements. Long story short, I had a problem with my water heater and contacted John B. for some technical advice. He figured my problem out over the phone!! So, because my water heater was still working but who knew for how long....I decided to have a back up on hand. After having problems trying to find a replacement, I again talked to John B. to try and find a suitable replacement. John said let me research the specs on the old one and I will call you tomorrow. John B. called me and told me he could get me a replacement drop shipped to my house. And he meant it, it arrived today and will work out perfectly when the old one dies out. I have never in my life expected to be able to call a company in So California and have them take care of my Plumbing problems all the way in Wisconsin!!! Now that is customer service!!!! It wasn't so much that it was a difficult problem, only requiring a snake and an adjustment to the tank.
