The joys of home ownership! On New Years Day we discovered a leak from a burst pipe in our attic. After searching for emergency plumbers I came across John's. They were able to fit us in on Sunday morning, and despite the fact that this was an emergency job during a holiday weekend, their prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and plan to hire them again for a couple of big plumbing jobs we know our house needs but have been dragging our feet on. All told they were professional, courteous and prompt. A+ experience!

Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. ( I had waited over 4 hours for another plumber to come out and they kept giving me delays) The receptionist was friendly and called me back timely after trying to find someone to come out because I need someone now. Real Plumbers were prompt, found the leak, and fixed it within an hour or two. When the water didn't come back on, they returned and it was because I didn't have the elbow grease to turn the sprinkler water valve fully on. Problem solved.
