This was the BEST plumbing experience we've ever had. My mom is 93 years old and oft times some companies will take advantage by charging sinfully high prices. Not so with Ford Plumbing. Jorge and Luis are TOP NOTCH, professional and polite. In comparison to other companies Ford is full of integrity! Jorge explained the work every step of the way and showed us the bad piping they removed to back up the diagnosis. Luis from Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company Los Angeles came out to take a look at the pipes in the bathroom. His knowledge of plumbing was impressive and he worked quickly and efficiently. Terrible service. Was supposed to come between 11am-1pm, but arrived at 2:30 after having called them twice

Once arrived, the technician didn’t know why our light didn’t come on. Said needs SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for trouble shooting. I certainly won’t recommend this company to anyone. I will write a Yelp too

I felt like I was in good hands for the whole experience. He fixed the problem and left the room clean an tidy. 10/10 this company has some true professionals.

I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.

My sink was having some plumbing problems so I decided to call the professional help. They were quick to arrive and fixed the problem within just an hour. I highly recommend them!

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. Mr. Speedy was the only company which didn’t give me the run around. They just took care of it. And the plumber who did the work was friendly and tidy.

Rooter Hero employees were professional, on time, and courteous. They informed me when they left for lunch or to get additional parts, so I could close the garage door. They worked from approximately 9:30 AM to 6 PM and completed the complex drain repair in a single day. They even came in slightly under the estimated cost!

I was referred to Salgado Plumbing by my neighbor. I live in an apartment complex and finding a great plumber is really hard. Luckily when you have great neighbors that you trust, it makes life easy. Anyway, we called and got an estimate, which seemed very reasonable and we hired him to do the work. He came out and did a great job.

My parents have used them for many years, and recommended them to us. We have used them many times over the years. They are absolutely the best! Totally reasonable prices too! Never had a problem they couldn't fix!

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.
