JW Heating is awesome! Very responsive. I got same day service after waiting two days for a competitor to show up to service my heater. The tech Gary was super friendly and knowledgeable and explained my options.

Vic is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind person. He rewired an outdoor outlet I needed to be placed inside of my home. He did all of this under an hour and even took the time to explain everything he was doing. Great guy and an awesome electrician.

Far exceeded expectation. Went from thinking we needed a new heater and their offering to find a refurbished one to a couple of very nice, capable plumbers discovering that all we needed was a burner replaced. Great communication and very fair prices.

Needed a quick fix to resolve a leak. My tech from Pacific Discount Plumbing was very responsive over text and we had a quote and an appointment in the first 30 minutes. He was over the next day and the offending pipe was removed, dried, and replaced within the hour. He is very professional, polite, and answered our questions on future maintenance. Alex Donis did a great job walking me through what needed to be done as well as showing me step by step what needed to be done with my water heater. He also suggested some things to help heat up water in our entire house. All in all a great job was done by Alex!

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only did they come out and find more issues that were non issues before, but the plumber somehow made the one small problem I called about 10 times worse and then left when the sinks were visibly backed up. He tried to say it was a pipe issue and that it would eventually drain. Here I am 8 hours later with dirty water still backed up in the sinks when they were at least draining before he came, just very slowly. He charged $400 to snake another drain and tried to upsell us on practically everything else that we didn't ask about. He also asked for my snapchat info which felt completely inappropriate.
