The staff are very responsive which was really helpful because I have a weird work schedule. They managed to send someone who came at a weird hour due to my weird schedule. I am happy that this plumber was available and he helped me agreat deal.

My experience with Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company was amazing. I had some corroded pipes in my house that needed replacing. The plumber arrived on time and diagnosed all the leaks and replaced them with new copper pipes. Tested multiple times for leaks again and verified that the issue was fixed. And the cost of everything was less than what I expected. Speedy Stephens has the most honest plumbers! Can't recommend them enough.

I called them up about a year ago to install one of those Pelican whole house water filter/softeners and I can safely say these guys do the job right the first time! They were able to schedule the installation within a week of coming out to do an estimate, which itself was one a day or two after I called, got the whole job done in a reasonable amount of time and pretty close to the original estimate (stuff happens underneath old houses with old pipes and then suddenly you need a new section of pipe; it is what it is). No problems with the filter since and, if I have the need in the future, I'll definitely call them up again.

Rocket Plumbing came out today to repair the drain in my bath tub. They did an excellent job and even explained how I can keep the drain running properly with regular maintenance! Happy to recommend them to other home owners!

The costs for services provided were very fair. He also provided me with additional tips on how to extend the life of my water heater as well as how to save on gas flow during warmer months free of charge. Called A-1 they sent out Guillermo Avalos a service technician who arrived about 20 minutes after I called. Guillermo was 100% professional, explained everything that was going on so that I clearly understood the issue. Extremely knowledgeable and understood the situation immediately. He was able to fix the issue unlike Mr. Rooter the company that I called the same day before calling A-1. They said it was unfixable and that I would need to repipe the entire unit for 8k. Guillermo took care of the issue and even followed up with me a few days later. Just FYI stay away from Mr. Rooter.

Who you gonna call? Nope, not them...TRM Plumbing of course! I was fortunate enough to find TRM through yelp and even more so to discover that they are a fantastic plumbing services company overall.

We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us The Wynn, Las Vegas shower experience we've wanted all along!

We also appreciated Seth's expertise, professionalism and friendliness and will definitely use TRM again for future projects--as well as recommend them to our friends and family.

The lack of help I received was unreal. Every question I had in getting help was nothing but I need everything new and spend thousands of dollars instead of him even looking or trying. I called another company and the man was such of good help. I will never call this company again. The crazy thing is the money wasn’t the problem. It was the lack of help and information he was giving. Good service is so hard to come by these days. Smh
