I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. JB was very professional, showed up on time, gave me a few minutes to wrap up a phone call I was on, and was able to help me recreate the issue we were experiencing with the plumbing associated with our dish washer so he could handle the problem.

They arrived on time and were ready with materials and a new garbage disposal AND a 7 yr warranty! Water heater pilot wasn't working. VMax replaced the thermocouple assembly. Things seem to be working well. Few months later it wasn't working again. When Ernesto came out again he didn't want to remove the previous thermocouple or even look into what he had replaced. He said he didn't trust Kenmore brand. Then why did he work on it on the first visit? He said all kinds of things could go wrong and that he recommended changing the whole water heater. I ended up having Sears Service look at it and they fixed it easily without problem. The Sears service man said that whoever installed the previous thermocouple had removed the safety valve. Very disappointed with VMax Plumbing.
