I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.

The technician came earlier than I expected which was great considering I was given a time frame of 11-3. The tech arrived at 11:00 and unclogged my kitchen sink in less than 30 minutes.

Victor reviewed a list of tasks over the phone and then an appointment was scheduled. He was able to complete most of the tasks from the list during the first appointment. Some tasks had to be rescheduled due to the availability of parts. I enjoyed working with Victor and observing his MacGyver-like strategies for solving problems. He greatly assisted me with repairs that I could not solve and I plan to request his assistance again in the future. I highly recommend Victor.

They were so helpful, last minute. In this climate a plumber who is unavailable last minute is a blubber in demand (meaning good work) but I they accommodated me since it was a borderline emergency. They were reasonable in price and worked hard

I had a clogged shower drain and needed a plumber as soon as possible. I asked a few neighbors of their plumbing resources, and my next-door neighbor highly recommended Sal’s Plumbing in Torrance, as she said “they have always done an excellent job” whenever she had them out for plumbing issues.
Friday morning @ 9:30 am, I called Sal’s Plumbing Company, Sal (the owner) answered the phone, and he scheduled my service call from 1:00-3:00 pm. Thomas from Sal’s Plumbing arrived at my home @ 2:15 pm, diagnosed and explained the issue to me with the best solution to snake the drain to locate and remove the clog. The process only took about 10-15 minutes to resolve the problem. Thomas is friendly, patient and before I agreed for him to start working on our reported issue, he explained everything he needed to do in checking the condition of the plumbing before starting the job to the price of the job,
Thomas is a GREAT service technician and I will definitely call Sal’s Plumbing again and request Thomas for any future plumbing needs.

Water heater pilot wasn't working. VMax replaced the thermocouple assembly. Things seem to be working well. Few months later it wasn't working again. When Ernesto came out again he didn't want to remove the previous thermocouple or even look into what he had replaced. He said he didn't trust Kenmore brand. Then why did he work on it on the first visit? He said all kinds of things could go wrong and that he recommended changing the whole water heater. I ended up having Sears Service look at it and they fixed it easily without problem. The Sears service man said that whoever installed the previous thermocouple had removed the safety valve. Very disappointed with VMax Plumbing.

Great service! I reached out to E-Z Flow because I was having some plumbing issues. Andy knew exactly what to do and was super professional and knowledgeable about the whole thing, had my problem fixed in no time. Very courteous throughout the process, highly recommend them!
