We hired Prodigy Plumbing to complete all of the plumbing issues found in our home inspection report - which was a very large list - and we are happy with their work. All of the techs/plumbers were professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Steve initially came to do the quote; he was thorough and transparent in what they could and could not do. I appreciated the fact that he did not try and upsell us on any of the requested work. Jose and Kevin completed the sewer liner installation and they made sure to show us video and pictures throughout the process so that we understood what was being done. The other long list of repairs, including a large re-drain, was completed by Edgar, Enrique and Pedro. They answered our questions and concerns without hesitation and completed the scope of work within one week. I appreciated the joint effort of this team and definitely recommend them!

Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!
