Integrity Repipe just wrapped up a job at our house, and let me tell you, the outcome is seriously amazing. They totally replaced our old pipes with these PEX B pipes, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The service they provided was top-notch, and their professionalism was off the charts. Our main sewer line broke and needed to be completely replaced, we realized something was wrong when the foul smell hit us. We got two estimates, one from Roto-Rooter and the other from PDS. They both said it was our main sewer line needed to be replaced.

We went with PDS for 2 reasons.
They have this very useful camera system that shows you the inspection in live video directly on your phone. We got to see exactly what was wrong with the sewer line. The technician (Ask for Freddy) was really good at explaining what was wrong and what our best options to fix it were. Roto-Rooter ran their camera without us knowing and told us when they were done we needed to this one thing and it needed to be done that day.

2. The price.
Roto-Rooter quoted us $9,800.
PDS quoted us $5,228.

The work was done in 1 day, very clean (They had to dig the yard up and put everything back including the grass), and we haven’t had any problems since.

Although prodigy is updating some of their prices right now, it’s easy to have a conversation to walk things through. Been using them for years. Accurate trouble shooting, little jobs to furnace rebuilds. Even the crawl space under the house with the critters posed no problem. Calling them again tonight for gas problem.

I have been using Daily Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service for the last two years, and I'm very pleased with them. They always show up when they say they will, and are very thorough. Daily Plumbing have done a variety of things for me--leaks, heating and A/C work, toilet fixture replacement, some re-piping. They seem very fair and straightforward. They are very honest, and that's not the easiest thing to find in a service provider these days. It's like they have reintroduced old fashion service.

We got fabulous service from Rascher, as always! Jason & Ben were on time & got the work done quickly. They cleaned up & had good communication w/ us. Hot water heater was leaking, and they squeezed us in the next morning! (Even though appointments have been 3 weeks out). We found this great local company (St Paul) when we needed a lift pump fixed, a few years ago. Not many companies handle lift systems.

Barr Web completed the plumbing for a bathroom remodel. Reliable, competitively priced and responsive. Updated plumbing in bathroom and installed tub, sink and new toilet. Assisted quickly when there was a minor leak after the completion.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
