So, I've had my fair share of subpar experiences with contracted work over the last 6 months (while prepping my house to be sold). TL Back Plumbing has been the greatest exception to that rule. Ty has not only become my only choice in plumbing, but has now become my families primary plumber as well. His work is superb, and his demeanor is a testament to the true meaning of Customer Service. He was adamant about explaining the plumbing details and genuinely tries to provide the most cost effective experience...without skimping on craftsmanship. Joe and son came out to fix a boiler that was causing issues with shower heating. They made sure to check and recheck after each process to ensure the best possible work was being done at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure that the work being done was in my best interest, and the price was more than reasonable. Joe even taught me how to access my water shut off in case of an emergency. I plan to exclusively use this company going forward for any plumbing needs.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

I am very satisfied with the work done to clean my kitchen sink drain. The plumber arrived quickly and was very efficient and courteous. He resolved the issue and improved the drain design so it will be easy to DIY any future clogs.

Marty was on time and so nice. He let me know exactly what was wrong and repaired it He then checked the main sewer line and checked the water pressure and levels on my water. He even gave plenty of loving to my dogs. awesome guy!

I can not say enough positive things Caton and my great Tech Bruce (#2171). I had been dealing with running hot water for 3 days. I called Caton and they were able to send Bruce out that day. They kept in contact with me so that I would know when he would arrive. He came in and accessed my problem. He was very honest about what he could do and the approximate cost. So in the beginning of the NorEastern that we just went thru, Bruce came to my home and stayed until the problem was fixed. He made sure he discussed the pricing with me again and was amazing. I told him not to worry about cleaning up and he just chuckled and cleaned and wiped down everything. Caton Plumbing and Bruce are definitely the Go To Team. Thank you Caton Plumbing. On this frigid day he went out of his way to come by our house and inspect the leaking faucet at the front of our home. He was working on a friend's home and fit us into his schedule without a single complaint. After his inspection he was able to find a simple solution to the issue that saved us a significant amount of money.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
