Best Gas To Furnace in Baltimore MD

I recently asked Stephen to help me with a total bathroom remodel. I live in a very old row home here in Baltimore, and the plumbing hadn't been updated in many years. I recently bought a home and when I turned the shower on in the guest bathroom, the water continued to come out of the faucet and trickled out of the shower head. Frank came highly recommended from our neighborhood FB page and he was great to work with and reasonably priced. He worked within my schedule and worked around me having other home repairs done that day. The updated fixtures he provided are great quality and matched the shower head I bought really well!

Furnace and AC check up. DJ was polite and replaced a part in the a.c. so the a.c. system should be set to go. D.J also changed the filter in the furnace as they usually do as long as you have the filter.

I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling the entire process. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Shout out to Steve Sharp for his very patient & knowledgeable assistance, as well as Lexi & Jeannie in the office for all the communication & kindness. If we have an opportunity to use them again, we certainly will.

I bid this project to 4 separate contractors all were given the same instructions. A J Michaels was the low bidder and well exceeded my my expectations. They treated my house as if it was theirs, the mechanic and helper {Mathew and Jacob} were both knowledgeable and thoughtful. The project took 4 days in the middle of winter, they supplied heaters at no cost to keep house warm during installation. They cleaned up every night and the finished piping looked like a work of art [very neat and plumb]. If there were more stars to rate them I would have given them a 10. William B Braid
