I have an update to my previous review. I got a call about a day after the review posted from a representative of Horizon Services. She apologized and explained to me what may have happened and promised that they will make amends for my loss in time and effort in preparing the utility room for service by sending me a gift card. True to their word, i got a $50 gift card from them a few days ago. They have a customer for life!!! I already scheduled an inspection of my heating system with them in October. Thanks Horizon Services for your responsiveness,Sincererly,EugeneSatisfied CustomerThe overall experience was great. The only negative was that I had an appointment on Monday and nobody showed up nor called. I therefore had to call again and reschedule the appointment. That was very disappointing since in the past Horizon was always on top of things. They quickly rescheduled another technician for the following day. He was great.
