We've used Len The Plumber on a number of occasions. The most recent service was a new kitchen faucet installation. Josh O'Neill was our tech. He was very professional, courteous and provided multiple installation options/prices from which to choose. Josh was well credentialed in his field of work. He completed the job in a timely fashion, while delivering a quality product. Scheduling is simple with Len the Plumber, and they communicate well.

I truly experienced some great customer service from Catons Plumbing today!. Not only did I get same day service within a few hours after calling, but they were prompt, courteous, and cost effective. The plumber Mr. Bruce Jordon was not only knowledgeable and displayed a high level of professionalism, but was informative, and explained to me that the faucet i was having problems with had a lifetime warranty associated with it , and gave me options of going with this warranty; which would mean no work or money for Catons Plumbing, or getting a new faucet installed. Honest and Competent. You can't ask for more than that.
I went with the new faucet but really appreciated being given this option.Talk about great service. I was impressed! I know where i will look to for all my plumbing needs in the future. Excellent work

Main sewer drain was clogged, so I called Roto-Rooter on 1/12/15. Jeff #1174 responded the next morning and went right to work. Jeff was was very professional and detail oriented, cleared the drain line in 30 minutes. Roto-Rooter was courteous and friendly through the whole ordeal. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and family. Very satisfied with the job.

Mr.Russell was professional & prompt in resolving an outdoor plumbing/piping issue. He also explained each step of the process to ensure I understood what caused the issue and how he resolved it.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
