I truly appreciate this young man for his speedy service. He answered when I called. When I explained to him the issues I was experiencing he knew exactly what I was relaying and came right out after he completed his job. I am happy to have been able to receive service from him. Thank you Ty!!!!

We have used Ace plumbing on numerous bathroom renovations over the last couple years. Joe and his team do a great job. I would recommend them highly and we will continue to use them in the future.

I called the owner about our water heater leaking after hours. He came over within 15-20 min of the phone call. He came out to access the situation and put in an order for a new appliance first thing the next morning. The following day we were having a hot water heater installed! His prices were siginificalty better compared to the corporate company that we have a policy with for hvac maintenance ( even with the policy discount).

Dispatch was not great. We were called and told technician was on the way. Hours later we were told no tech was assigned to us. Two more hours later, we were told a tech was on the way. That gets few stars.BUT Dylan and his helper get about six stars. Excellent work and clean up, patient and professional. We hope he will be our tech next time we need help.

Grant was professional he explained he was doing. He detailed what options we had and allowed us to make the decision on what best fits our need. He took care of our dilemma with good and efficient service and placed ease on us. We appreciate you Grant.

Woke up to a leaking water heater and felt a bit panicked. Used the Neighborhood app to get a recommendation. The first person I spoke to was very nice. Had someone here within a couple of hours. Afrain was wonderful! Very nice. Very professional and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely call again and ask for him. Good ending to a bad situation.

Quick, efficient service.

Contacted Roto Rooter for a leaky toilet. Technician showed up as guessed it was most likely the wax ring. He quoted $400 dollars to replace that costs $5 from Home Depot. Wait the icing on the cake was when he quoted $1050 to replace the flange. BTW that's about $20. An ENTIRE toilet is only about $100 to buy and takes about 40 mins to install! Very disappointing as to their Ludacris price gauging. Maybe they thought since the homeowners are 2 elderly ppl in their 80s would they would an easy target to rob them of their social security money. SHAME on you trying to scam my parents!!

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
