I wanted to share my 5+ STAR experience with Ace Plumbing. I am new to the area, so reached out to a local building company to obtain a recommendation for a plumber. Ace Plumbing was highly recommended so I reached out to Joe to inquire about exchanging my kitchen sink and faucet. He was very responsive and professional. Kevin came out to confirm the estimate and finalize measurements, and we proceeded with the work as scheduled. Kevin was very respectful of social distancing and masking during the pandemic. The work far exceeded my expectations - Kevin was courteous, prompt, attentive to detail and efficient. I was given an estimate and was kept informed during the process. Kevin did a meticulous job cleaning up after the install. I will definitely use Ace Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Joe and Kevin!

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

We had a drainage and a leak problem. After the tech arrived and saw the problems, we agreed on an estimate of $547 and off we go. Once the tech gets paid, he said he fixed the drainage but wanted another $250 to fix the leak because he didn’t have the part and he would have to come back with the part so the extra money would cover his 2nd visit. We’re new in town but you’ve got to be kidding me. I can’t imagine they get too many referrals.

Our A/C wasnt cooling , SJT Plumbing was recommend by a lot of people in our community. We called they came the next day and fixed it for us. Thank you so much !!!

Sonny & crew went out of there way to get our sewerline replaced on the spot within hours, price was extremely affordable, very professional and courteous. We were in a bad spot, my husband is handicapped and they made a potentially really bad situation, so much better. #customersfirst

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Khuma was very professional and very quick maybe 1 hour from the time I called! He had very nice snake machine and cleared the pipe in no time. Would highly recommend.

Quick professional and got the job done. Josh and Gino came out within an hour of my initial call to Roto for a clogged drain, on a Sunday no less! Both were very professional, wore masks and booties the whole time, and were knowledgeable about what they were doing and how to prevent future clogs. Went above and beyond. It was a little expensive, but the service quality showed. Also appreciated that Josh and Gino were so friendly and helpful the whole time. Would call them again in the future.

Plumber does not show up for appointments.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
