Best Plumbing Fixture in Baltimore MD

Ty is very professional and very honest. We had a hard time dealing with the first plumber that got assigned to us. After two weeks, the issue still existed. We decided to find a new plumber and found Ty online. We contacted him and explain the urgency of our plumbing issue between the sink & washing machine. In an hour, he came and outright find the issue and use the right tool to snake it & remove the clog. I highly recommend Ty to anyone who’s in need of professional plumber. I am deeply grateful for the kind of service we receive from him.

This guys are phenomenal! Water heater failed catastrophically. They were over within hours after we called them, when everyone else wasn't available for DAYS. In and out within 3 hours exactly as predicted. Straight up pricing as predicted by their website - actually I think they came in a little under their website. Fast, Responsible, Professional, and EASY. Which is everything you want when your water heater catastrophically fails. They even checked on us a frw days later - incredibly kind. We WILL USE AGAIN.

Highly recommend. Justin showed up shortly after I called. He was very familiar with the issue (broken flex tube behind stove) and installed a new valve as well. He double checked all the work to make sure there was no leak, and then afterwards he checked the rest of the pipes to verify that it was all sound. He left the space clean and was very careful not to make any mess or accidentally scratch anything. Justin was very friendly, polite and professional and made sure to use his time as efficiently as possible. He did a great job and I will call him again anytime I need work done.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

Dan is a lifesaver! Today after hours of heavy rain, my parent's aging sump pump needed replacement. Within an hour of contacting TNT, Dan was at their house, had diagnosed the problem & had them all fixed shortly thereafter. My dad's health is failing so it was a tremendous relief to have this issue fixed so quickly, allowing my dad to no longer stress over potential basement flooding. Dan took extra care to evaluate their system and make recommendations for future improvements. And he kept me in the loop every step of they way since I was not at their home during the repairs. Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
