Aside from the first two times that I had T.L. Plumbing come out to my house (the 1st time for a garbage disposal and the 2nd for our hot water heater) I had been suffering from a water line to my previous two refrigerators that did little more than dribble a supply. It was quite a job just getting to the original tap that was barely delivering the water supply through a pin hole. That section of the water line had to be cut out and replaced along with a new tap to deliver a sufficient amount of water to the fridge. Now after 30 years we have a steady flow of drinking water and plenty of ice cubes. Thanks Ty

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

This is our 2nd time using Len The Plumber and I absolutely love them! Our technician today Houston Frey was very professional, on-time and best of all quick! We're are VERY happy with the final results of the work he did for us and in addition to that he made us aware of a faucet leak that we plan to replace ourselves. Caton’s has come through in a pinch several times. Candice and the water mitigation team were swift and effective in drying out water from a dramatic toilet break in my mother’s house. Zach recently replaced the broken toilet around our difficult schedule and worked with us on models and seats. Marvin drained a number of our pipes including the mainline in order to prevent the kind of backup we saw in 2021 in our basement which was a nightmare. Only wish we had found Caton’s years ago and turned to them earlier for their expertise. Would have saved significant grief and expense!

Some of the most knowledgeable, professional, and hard working contractors I’ve ever dealt with! Our water heater broke unexpectedly, leaving us without hot water or heat (aquatherm furnace) and they were able to come out right away to install a replacement at a reasonable price. They helped us navigate a complicated warranty replacement, an above-average complexity install, and went above and beyond at every step to make sure the job was done right...even going out of their way to secure a part in order to prevent the same issue from happening in the future! I had a leak that was seeping through my ceiling drywall. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Evan and Kyle from Steven J Tant arrived on time and we’re very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the initial problem, and discovered another problem while they were here. The price to fix it was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will be making another appointment for some other plumbing work I had been putting off
