I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to come to my home on Monday and service my system, as promised. He charged me a reasonable price. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to service your plumbing needs.

Well, confusion on charge. Was told $69.00 for service fee. If costs more, $69.00 would be deducted. Gentleman, very professional did a trouble shoot and mentioned that it would cost $266.00. That's literally insane. To top it off, the problem was the GFI plug which was to be an added $391.00. I have never in all my years paid that kind of money for an electrical issue. I opted to do plug myself but, still had to pay $266.00 which is an outrage. Unfortunately, will never use service again.

I was taking bids on whole house replacement of failing copper pipes with PVC. James from horizon impressed me with his honesty, knowledge and manner and that was a big factor in Horizon winning the bid. He and his team did a great job with minimal impact to walls and ceilings and the system was up and running the same day. I liked the idea that the person doing the estimate was the one taking personal responsibility for the work with the support of an established company.

They replaced my old gas cooktop that needed special attachments. They did a fantastic job. Very clean and professional work. It works great.

Geo Plumbing service were professional, gave me a specific time frame so that I did not have to wait around all day. They resolved the issue without incident. They are courteous, friendly, and respectful. They have great work ethics and they are honest. I did not get the run around from them.

This was an awesome experience. Had a plumber from another company come out and was unable to fix the issue. That plumber sent me the contact info for Zoom. They where able to schedule me for service quickly. Our original date had to be rescheduled due to the holidays and staffing but the issue was not an emergency and the office reached out before my appointment time to reschedule the next day so that was no biggie. The tech John showed up bright and early to start work. John was super professional. He used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and even had booties on the machinery he was using. Quoted us a price and it was fair. There was even a moment where he could have overcharged us and he did not. He was extremely fast and pleasant and will definitely use Zoom again for any plumbing issues. Thanks John you're awesome!

We had a new water heater installed several months ago. After a few months, the hot water was no longer working. We called the company and they stated we needed a new piece for the pilot light for the water heater. We were told they would order it and it would be 3 to 4 days. The company dropped the ball and did not order the piece. We finally had the piece delivered after a month and a half. The technician stated the previous tech broke the pilot light piece. This was a horrible situation that we experienced at the hands of this company. Not only did we not have hot water for a month and a half but, we had a two and half year old child that we had bath by heating up pots of water on the stove. This company, putting it mildly, very incompetent in so many aspects. Be smart and DO NOT use this company for anything!!!

T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. It is my experience that you get the bare minimum in such sub-contracted work. NOT SO WITH THESE TWO GENTLEMEN! They cleared leaves in my unit and washed it down and checked with gauges pressure and coolant levels and topped off. It is the nature of our yards that there is not much room to move. These guys found nothing to be a problem and offered their insight and suggestions as to what to expect from my older compressor and how to lengthen it’s life. I will definitely keep these guys and T&D Plumbing in my contacts!

Technician, Nyi, was punctual, polite and very professional. He took great care to ensure his path to, and the work area in the kitchen, were kept clean.. He even placed little protective bootys on the device he wheeled into my house! Nyi explained everything up front so there were no surprises.. Nyi clearly explained the steps he was taking to unclog the drain, which he did, and even offered me several helpful hints to keep the drain clean. Once Nyi packed up and left, he tidied up the work area so nicely, it was like I never had a mess under my sink. Very satisfied!
