Best New Tub in Baltimore MD

Justin and his team were great. Very communicative, arrived on time and finished quickly. Would recommend and use again.

Installed bathtub faucet, and came back quickly when there was a leak, and exchanged with entirely new pipe.

Very responsive and professional. So far so good. Will hopefully update this review again once I get the work done.

Lee Brothers plumbing is fantastic! They are very responsive, professional, they arrived ahead of time and were prepared to do the job, completing the job the same day. Livingston, the owner, is great. He kept me apprised of the entire process. Russell, Ty and Jasmine are superior workers. They are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. I will call them for any future plumbing repairs and installs. I would recommend them to everyone.

Prime Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the exterior water line. Cody was knowledgeable, thorough & patient during the initial assessment. Fortunately, he was assigned to the job with Boh who masterfully handled the exterior work...both veryprofessional & courteous. Great overall customer service from this company!

Fantastic service

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

We used Dave CORZINE Plumbing as our plumbing contractor for a rehab project we were working on. His bid was fair, he worked well with the other contractors and worked within the building schedule timeline. His work was excellent and passed all city inspections without incident. He was a pleasure to work with and his plumbing work is top notch! Thanks, Dave!

In May 2023 I've had an absolutely bizarre experience with this Ben Franklin location and their plumber Chris B. and office staff. He came out as requested but they have REFUSED - after texts, phone calls, and emails - to simply send me the estimate as promised. And they won't explain why.

AND - importantly - Chris and the people in the office were told that I needed the estimate for my home sale, so timing was important.

This could be because I (peaceably) questioned the proposed price of a 40-gallon water heater replacement ($3,300?) or (accidentally!) left without signing the estimate (I shook Chris's hand and got his business card and said goodbye and he didn't say a thing about me needing to sign anything).

I've never run into a situation like this. From the plumber up to the office management, there's something wrong with this shop.
