I used Prime Plumbing for an emergency water heater repair. They were quick, professional, the best cost out of five vendors I reached out to. They didn't jack up the price because I'm a women (which happened with other companies in the area). They did the job in the same day. Very friendly. Very easy. I felt safe with them in my house, they kept everything clean. I'd definitely hire them again.

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

Kima is an amazing plumber. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He was professional, didn’t make a mess, and explained what he was doing and how long it would take. He cleared out the roots in my sewer line on time and left the job site better than when he started. He did all this with a smile. Just wanted to give this company a great review because at my time of need when he could've just told me sorry he didn't work in my area any longer, and hang up the phone, he took the time to listen to me, diagnose my issue over the phone, and point me in the right direction to get the ball rolling. On a Friday night, my basement toilet started spewing water like a faucet all over the floor from the bottom of the toilet. I had no clue as to what was happening. However, after explaining my situation, though, he couldn't fix it, he told me to contact the county before calling a plumber. That one bit of information, that some may assume would be common knowledge, saved me hundreds of dollars, as the issue ended up not being mine to resolve, but instead my HOA's. Thank you for answering your phone at that late hour, and thank you for sharing your knowledge. Your simple action of compassion continues to give me faith in humanity.

W.A. Gambrill installed new faucets and piping in bathroom vanities including a new sink bowl. Additionally, they installed new valves for the basement piping. The quality of the work was excellent, the plumbers were professional in resolving all issues, the office staff was responsive to scheduling, and the price was very reasonable.
