James was right on it when I need a deep clog cleared outs He put in a new pipe for better access if there were to be another clog. He explained things clearly and took care of it in a timely manner. I used him a second time to fix a simple sink leak he was in and out same day.

Van came to our house to replace a leaking garbage disposal, and repair a long burst pipe leading to an outdoor faucet in our garage. He was on time, did amazingly neat work, double checked all of his repairs before leaving, and left everything cleaned upon completion. Very reasonable rates, very high quality work.
