Hello, my name is Roxanne Bell at 9331 on May the 2 i had Len the plumber's come out to fix my shower. His name was Sadan, and his partner came out and did a great job. Both of them were very nice and friendly. I will use them again in the future. Thanks again guys for doing a excellent job.

Was very quick and job was done perfectly.

I called Michael & Son to detect potential gas leakage, repaired and eventually to have gas turned on. When I called, I was told they would provide full service and could help me but when a technician came in he said he could not seal leakage and have gas turned on for us and told we need to call Fire Protection Company. I ended up calling our contract service provider for fire protection then when they came in, they said it should be the plumbers. Spent entire day doing back and forth. Eventually I called another local plumbing service, they came in the next day and have my gas turned on in an hour.WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY ON MICHAEL & SONS. IF YOU CAN’T, PLEASE DON’T. Made my write REVIEW.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

I called on a Monday to schedule two separate appointments on Thursday, one for plumbing one for an electrical ground. I was told that I only needed one appointment, and that the same tech could do both. Thursday came around, the appointment window passed, and still no call. I called Horizon back and was told the tech was “running late”. I understand that jobs can take longer than expected, but a courtesy call is all I wanted. Half of my day spent waiting for someone who never showed up. Friday morning comes, the tech arrives, and they tell me that they can only do one of the jobs. I called Horizon specifically to make 2 separate appointments, and they told me only one was needed. After calling back AGAIN, they offered to set me up with another appointment for an electrician, but I refused. I will not be giving Horizon any more of my money and will be discouraging people from giving them business. Use a small, local business instead. They will actually value their customers.EDIT:Horizon's response to my original post is directed to a Ms. Castagnera, who apparently also had some concerns with the service provided.

After using another company that did not solve our problem, we called Lee brothers. Mr. Lee took the time to discuss the problem with me and make suggestions that the other company did not. The work he did solved the problem and he followed up the next day and the next week. Would absolutely recommend this company.

I've worked with T & D for years. They ALWAYS answer when you call and go above and beyond to take care of any problem. I'll call them first for any HVAC or plumbing issue.

Our second good experience with A. J. Michaels for a major installation. This was for a hot water heater, and the rep talked me through a number of available options and responded promptly to my follow-up questions about hybrid units. He offered a good price on good equipment, and the installation was expert and on-time.

DO NOT RECCOMEND. VERY OVER PRICED , they do flat rate pricing and say its a very hard job & will take time to fix, then there in & out in 40minutes. if you include drive time to go back & get here tools & parts (which should be on their truck) was a total of 1hour & 29 minutes for 650.0 dollars. so they scare you then give this price then get the repairs done fast. then when i made a complaint. i was told flat rate pricing. so thats how they get you. and the owner is a real piece of work. very ignorant & likes to yell. and stop using the race card. has nothing to do with anything. and my wife was happy until we found out we were RIPPED OFF. AND DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT ME. your the one ripping people off not me. and i didnt say i wouldnt write a review if you gave me a hundred dollars. i would have wrote i anyway. and i would of wanted alot more then a 100 dollars off after the rip off job you did. tech made it seem bad but really wasnt then you say its flat rate to justify the TERRIBLE OVERCHARGE. like i told you on the phone, you need the money more then me. LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS LADY. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
