We had a new water heater installed several months ago. After a few months, the hot water was no longer working. We called the company and they stated we needed a new piece for the pilot light for the water heater. We were told they would order it and it would be 3 to 4 days. The company dropped the ball and did not order the piece. We finally had the piece delivered after a month and a half. The technician stated the previous tech broke the pilot light piece. This was a horrible situation that we experienced at the hands of this company. Not only did we not have hot water for a month and a half but, we had a two and half year old child that we had bath by heating up pots of water on the stove. This company, putting it mildly, very incompetent in so many aspects. Be smart and DO NOT use this company for anything!!!

The technician, Mike, was very courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and helpful. He inspected the problem areas and provided his recommendations. He gave me a few different options and talked through the pros and cons of each choice. I felt like he’s honest and telling me what he would do if he were in my shoes. I really appreciated the quality of work and how he respected my home. If you have an opportunity to request him by name… please do so!

Selling our house and buyers requested some minor exterior repairs to roof & window trim based on inspection. After the two handymen our real estate agent recommended did not return my calls, we called Karlon when his truck was in the neighborhood.
