A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Andres was my technician. He was respectful and did great work. Most importantly, he took the time to teach me about how my HVAC system worked and how to better maintain the system in between regular service.

William was very professional and informative of the issue and how to fix it. I will definitely utilize Chesapeake plumbing again when needed.

Horrible experience. If they call you back they will price gouge you even when they don't fix the problem. Read other reviews and know I was right if you dare work with them...
