I had a leak that was seeping through my ceiling drywall. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Evan and Kyle from Steven J Tant arrived on time and we’re very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the initial problem, and discovered another problem while they were here. The price to fix it was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will be making another appointment for some other plumbing work I had been putting off

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Horizon was great. My technician identified the problem quickly and explained everything I needed to know. Awesome service and got my house cool again in no time. Thanks Dave.

Cannot say enough good things about this company from their customer service to their sales team and technicians. a company with real integrity. i have been going round and round for three years with other companies for 3 years about a recurring issue that no one has been able to diagnose. spent untold dollars on parts they said failed that did not create the problem. Was told by someone to contact this company. Chris came out and looked about but did not think I needed a new system as was told by last company. He told me he was sending his Carrier specialist out to see me. Ed came out and within an hour and a half, diagnosed and fixed a 3 year old issue with just minor parts from his truck!!
