Water heater repair

They are fantastic. I've an old home which has needed a lot of work. They've been fair and honest always giving m several choices. They even helped me find another company when my basement flooded and immediately fixed my issue after.
You can trust them. Not the cheapest, but the best.

Accidentally shot a nail gun into the main water line while trying to frame a wall to the joists obviously causing a huge issue as water poured into our basement. It was a weekend so no plumbers were answering but fortunately Joseph 5423 was able to come and fix the problem very fast on a weekend. He did a great job fixing my mistake and were back on track thanks to him!

PlumbCheap came to install a water heater that I bought from Lowe's.

Lowe's sent me Steve.

Steve (and Plumb Cheap) know how to get the job done correctly. My hot water heater installation was not easy; I ordered a short water heater that was a little snug for the space it would occupy. Steve made it work within spec.

Steve also took the time to explain some details about water heater longevity, best practices for ownership, and tips of his trade. Did you know that teflon tape is NOT to be used to on the threads for gas lines? I didn't.

Steve arrived with his helper Andre and had my water heater installed in two hours. I have a new gas valve for my water heater, an extended chimney, and a brand new unit that is functioning perfectly.

Lowe's should continue to use Plumb Cheap for their installations. I will also use Plumb Cheap for any other plumbing-related concerns that I have. Thank you Steve and thank you Andre.
