I highly recommend TL Back plumbing , My sump pump went down during heavy rains and was at my door within 30 minutes after contacting, 2 hours later the plumber had installed a new sump pump and even helped with the cleaning, thanks again for the prompt service and savings!

Basement bathroom pipes clogged, everything backing up into shower and toilet also leaking at base. Catons was responsive, professional, and thorough. Received phone updates as to the status of the service technician’s arrival at the house. Technician replaced a valve that was leaking behind the toilet, removed toilet, cleared the pipes, reinstalled, and we were able to use the bathroom within a couple of hours. Very very pleased.

Our water heater went out at 430 PM and they were able to replace it same day. Responsive, professional, they fixed us right up and answered all our questions. Definitely use them if you have a water heater issue.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
