Mason K was excellent and very professional and informative. I felt comfortable with his quotes, and also was very appreciative of his patience when explaining all that was going on with my plumbing issue. Unfortunately there’s going to be a follow up but I would definitely request Mason to complete the rest of my plumbing issues. This was my first time using Len The Plumber and I must say they are blessed to have him as an employee.

Very fast and efficient and a great service overall

When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. Great price, professional, timely, perfect service. Highly recommend.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!

Extremely satisfied with the work performed by Happy Plumber in replacing our 14-year-old natural gas hot water heater. Their quote was timely and responsive and their work was performed in our attic during the hottest week in July 2020! Bravo Zulu to Happy Plumber
