Roto Rooter was very responsive to my situation where other plumbing companies just flat out said they couldn’t help me. My tech was Wayne #2409. He was very respectful, answered all my questions with patience, and new how to receive extra assistance in order to fix the problem in a same day session. He also followed all Covid-19 guidelines. I am very appreciative.

Stefanski plumbing was top notch, professional, and prompt to help fix out major plumbing issues in our home. Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. We will definably use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I will never call Roto- Rooter again for anything. I had an issue that needed attention they sent out a technician who from my perspective was highly unmotivated and not willing to perform the tasks I needed done. He spent more time telling me how much work it would be instead of getting to work after I assured him money was no issue. To me he was unwilling to take on an assignment that he deemed time consuming. His body language indicated that he didn't want to work there for he was paid for showing and told to leave my house. I found another reliable, courteous company who completed the job the next day without question!

Team showed up on time to replace our 50yr old HVAC. They got to work quickly and did an excellent job taking out the old , solving limited space issues and getting the new unit up and running. They thoroughly explained future maintenance needs. Highly recommend.

I contacted Roto Rooter to investigate and repair a leak from my 2nd floor hall bathroom. After an hour or so the technician never correctly identified the source of the leak. I was told what he thought it was would be additional charge to open up and fix. The cost for this non service was $375. I later contacted another plumber that came and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and it turned out to be a simple 10 minute repair.
