Wes Butler was able to come out and do the repair the same day I called, which was nice. He cleaned out the trap under the kitchen sink, put it back together, and reinforced the seal. Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. It is my experience that you get the bare minimum in such sub-contracted work. NOT SO WITH THESE TWO GENTLEMEN! They cleared leaves in my unit and washed it down and checked with gauges pressure and coolant levels and topped off. It is the nature of our yards that there is not much room to move. These guys found nothing to be a problem and offered their insight and suggestions as to what to expect from my older compressor and how to lengthen it’s life. I will definitely keep these guys and T&D Plumbing in my contacts!

Not only was the price reasonable, he sent us the video footage immediately after the scoping, and did a complete estimate of what we would be looking at financially to fix any problems he saw.

Baltimore City needs to be a shame to hire/contract a company that isnt equipped to handle such a big job. My home is consistently without running water because of this company poor job. Ive called 311 several times over an 8 hour period because my home is without water and was told this company is the reason why. I was told there's no way to contact this company personally having the issue resolved while I sit here with my elderly mother who needs her meds with water, who needs to shower, no water, who needs to use the bathroom no water. However, I am sure Water Works will like their bill paid on time without missing 1 cent of it.
