Expensive, but thorough.I've been having a problem with flooding in my basement. Water comes up from the shower drain in the basement on days when we get very heavy rain. Most people suggest I call a plumber and have them put in a back-flow valve.Bruce, the technician, came over and used a camera snake to go through the sewer pipe to more accurately diagnose the problem. It costs $480 to snake the pipe, but it was worth it. He discovered that the problem is actually bigger than I thought and that the pipe may need to be replaced all together. I could have had a plumber come in and install a back-flow valve, but that would not have solved the problem and would have been a waste of money. These guys are not cheap, but they are professional and thorough. This is my house. I'd rather have it done right and sleep easy than have it done cheaply over and over again.

Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.
