The future of home services is with the independent provider. After having a new toilet installed by a company who obviously spends quite a bit on their marketing and advertising, I realized that their tech had not secured the toilet tightly (which can lead to major problems down the line). Thankfully, I was referred to T.L. Back Plumbing. Ty did an incredible job, professional, meticulous, and cost-efficient. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Ace Plumbing LLC is the Plumber to call !! We called with a clogged kitchen drain , Kevin took care of clogged drain quickly, no mess was professional, very friendly and then the next week we needed a main shut off valve and pressure reducing valve replaced. Jeff did the repairs, again professional, friendly, no mess. We would highly recommend Ace Plumbing !

I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to come to my home on Monday and service my system, as promised. He charged me a reasonable price. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to service your plumbing needs.

Sonny & crew went out of there way to get our sewerline replaced on the spot within hours, price was extremely affordable, very professional and courteous. We were in a bad spot, my husband is handicapped and they made a potentially really bad situation, so much better. #customersfirst

James was proficient and knowledgeable. Able to identify problems and communicate clearly what was required. He has a pleasant manner & was very respectful to me and mindful of my property. He cleaned up any mess after job was completed. Prices were more than competitive and reasonable. Everything's working properly so far. I would use James for another plumbing job, if needed. I'm happy to refer him to others.

We had a small leak in our ceiling that was coming from the upstairs bathroom so we called Liana to come check it out. He came over about 2 hrs later and It only took him a couple of minutes to show us that something in the shower was not caulked properly and was causing the leak downstairs. He recommended we just caulk it on our own and didn't charge us for anything, not even a quick service call. He was honest and professional and we will definitely call him for any plumbing services in the future.

Very friendly and quick to respond. Explained what the issue was, how he would fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. Was very knowledgeable and took time to really show me what the problem was. I will definitely call him again for any future repairs.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
