Best Plumbing Maintenance in Lincoln NE

We had a blockage in our plumbing and it started to back up in the basement. I called Shaw Trenchless and they sent J.B. over within the hour. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He scoped our pipes to the house and to the main sewer line in a matter of minutes. He discovered a couple of root blockages and referred me to “The Drain Specialist” to have them removed. Then I took J.B.’s advice and called the Drain Specialist. They too responded within the next hour.
The technician cleaned the pipes to the house and to the sewer main within a few minutes. Very efficient, clean, and professional service. And on top of that, he only charged me for one hour of labor. What a surprise to deal with such a great local business. With everything else in the world going wrong, it is refreshing to know that there are honest, hardworking, fair businesses out there. No surprises, no broken promises, no shenanigans! This is the way businesses used to operate. I’m pleasantly surprised as well as fortunate, and you will be too, that The Drain Specialist does business the “Old School” way…with a look in the eye, a firm handshake, and their word as their bond! I highly recommend them for any sewer line issues you find yourself dealing with!

The staff is always EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. They were three hours late to the time they were scheduled to repair a piece of commercial equipment. When I asked them about how long it would take for them to finish the job they responded STOP ASKING WE WILL BE DONE WHEN WE FINISH Very unprofessional I highly suggest going elsewhere.

One day there was no heating to half of my house. Techs came out and closed some vents to try and force air over. That didn’t work and these techs just shrugged their shoulders and left. Patriot then still sends me a bill. For what?

They showed up on time and were very efficient installing the water heater. Very personable and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber.

I asked for an estimate with Costco for a new air system. Not going to lie I was really nervous when John Henry’s was the one that called. I have heard a lot that they are super expensive. Jon came out and went over our system and said I’ll be right back with some estimates, I was surprised that he was going to put estimates together and go over them in just a few minutes. He spent time answering my questions, reworking estimates, and add a new furnace to see what it would be to just replace the whole system at my request. To my surprise it was cheaper than the company we originally were planning on working with. We got our ducts cleaned the day before the install (I feel terrible I can’t remember their names) but they were so nice and explained everything they did. The next day Justin and Sterling came to install the new system. They kept me updated the entire day, when they were leaving to go put together duct work at the shop, turning on the furnace where I would smell burning, and when they were finishing up and could walk me through everything. Needless to say I am just impressed with everyone. Every time someone new came to the house they would introduce themselves and either take off their shoes or put shoe covers on. I can’t get over the level of customer service I experienced during this process. Customer for life.

These guys are the best! They are always prompt to take care of any drain problems. They will investigate and advise you of the problem and solve it for a very reasonable price! Thanks Brian, your work is much appreciated!

American Professional Plumbing was great! I called to make an appointment for my kitchen sink, and they were there within the hour! Very professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

No major issues.

We had an issues with the product location. On the App, the product was listed in different locations which made it a bit confusing when trying to find it.

My household went 3 days without water. While the company claims are 24 hour service, it took 2 days for anyone to contact me and examine my issue. It took another 2 trips and another day to figure out how to handle a shower handle repair with a simple cartridge that needing replacing. Nice repair people, but not great service.

The worst company I found on my life , My shower was leaking I had asked them to fixing it , they came to check on it and they tried to open it about 30 minutes they didn't know even how to open it , they asked me to damaging the kitchen's area to see it from back side and will cost me more than 3000 $ I refused , so they left , I had Fixed for my self and cost me just 5$ , then I received a bill from them for 164 $ Just they came to see it and I been late to pay they charge me 40$ .

I would actually go lower than a 1 star because that's how this company treats customers. If you charge a customer $800.00 for 20 min worth of work for a floor drain then something isn't right or fair!! And to top it all off had to go back out for the same reason within the same day and was told it is because the washer pushes water out to fast. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They are more than happy to take your money for a service call to get you a quote, but when it comes to doing the work they will completely blow you off. Luckily I haven't needed my furnace in the 3 months I have been waiting on them.

Also I was not impressed with their the knowledgeably of their tech. I explained the diagnostics I did, and showed them one of my install concerns that didn't match manufacturer instructions. The whole time the tech seemed confused and didn't understand what I was explaining. I am just going to fix it myself at this point.

As for your reply my furnace is no more than 10 years old. They still sell the model. Parts shortages are no longer a real thing. The pressure switches that you want to replace for no reason are a common part. The control board which is the real issue can be found on a dozen different reputable sites online.

I have been using Greens since moving to Lincoln NE in 2019, with new gas water heater, new AC system, 3 vanity and 2 commode installs, disposal replacement. The last service for an instant water heater that was broken was incompetent, moody and over billed (a repair that did not work). I will look elsewhere for future services.
